Same day delivery: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM, Monday through Saturday. If your order is placed after the cut-off time, we will do our best to accommodate your delivery request. However, the delivery schedule may be adjusted. Rest assured, we will contact you before making any changes to the schedule. Please note that our regular delivery hours are between 10 AM and 8 PM.

Sunday, Holiday Delivery: Sunday delivery requires advance notice. If Sunday delivery is not possible, your order will be delivered on Saturday or Monday. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be discussed with you beforehand

All of our flowers are lovingly handmade, so we are unable to process refunds for changes of mind after purchase. Due to the nature of flowers, they cannot be returned to reusable inventory, which makes refunds a bit challenging to accommodate.

While we do not typically offer refunds for flower orders, if you have a special reason, please feel free to contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. To help your beautiful flowers last longer and stay vibrant, here are some simple care tips:

1. Trim the Stems
   After receiving your flowers, trim about 1-2 cm from the bottom of the stems at a 45-degree angle. This helps the flowers absorb water more effectively, keeping them fresh longer.
2. Use Clean Water
   Fill your vase with clean, lukewarm water and change it every 2-3 days. Regularly changing the water keeps it fresh and helps prevent bacteria buildup. If you received flower food, add it to the water for added nourishment.
3. Remove Leaves Below the Water Line
   Make sure to remove any leaves that will be submerged in the water. This prevents the water from getting dirty and helps the flowers stay healthier for a longer time.
4. Keep Flowers in a Cool Place
   Place your flowers in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts. Excessive heat can cause the flowers to wilt more quickly.
5. Avoid Fruits and Vegetables
   Keep your flowers away from fruits and vegetables, as they release ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to wilt faster.
6. Re-cut the Stems Every Few Days
   Every 2-3 days, trim the stems again to ensure better water absorption and to keep your flowers hydrated and fresh.
7. Spray the Flowers
   Lightly mist the petals of your flowers, especially delicate blooms like roses, to help them stay hydrated and fresh.

All of our classes and workshops are final sale, and we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you need to reschedule, kindly reach out via email at least 48 hours in advance. (Please note, rescheduling is allowed once.)

Our classes are by appointment only, and we welcome you to arrive 10 minutes before the session begins. Classes will start on time, so please ensure you arrive promptly to fully enjoy the experience.
